- "Report" refers to the AI-generated analysis of your resume
- "Intelligence Report" refers to the premium detailed analysis (paid feature)
3. Eligibility
To use our Service, you must:
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract
- Not be prohibited from using the Service under applicable laws
- Provide accurate and complete information during registration

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.
6. User Obligations
When using our Service, you agree to:
- Upload only your own resume or resumes you are authorized to upload
- Provide accurate and truthful information in your resume
- Not use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
- Not attempt to circumvent any security measures
- Not upload malicious files or content
- Not use the Service to harass, abuse, or harm others
- Not scrape, copy, or redistribute our content without permission
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
7. Payment Terms

Prices for paid services are displayed on the Service and are subject to change. All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated.

Payments are processed by Razorpay, a third-party payment processor. By making a payment, you agree to Razorpay's terms of service.

7.4 Taxes
All applicable taxes (including GST) are included in the displayed prices unless otherwise stated.
8. Intellectual Property
8.1 Our Content
The Service, including its design, features, text, graphics, logos, and software, is owned by WebPipl Solutions Pvt Ltd and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our content without permission.
8.2 Your Content
You retain ownership of your resume content. By uploading your resume, you grant us a limited license to process, analyze, and store your resume for the purpose of providing the Service.
8.3 Generated Reports
You may use the generated reports for personal and professional purposes. However, you may not sell, resell, or commercially distribute the reports without our permission.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
THE AI-GENERATED ANALYSIS IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY AND SHOULD NOT BE CONSIDERED AS PROFESSIONAL CAREER ADVICE. RESULTS MAY VARY AND WE DO NOT GUARANTEE ANY SPECIFIC OUTCOMES.
10. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WEBPIPL SOLUTIONS PVT LTD SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR INR 5,000, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless WebPipl Solutions Pvt Ltd, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
